At Embroidered Shirts, we are dedicated to delivering your order as quickly and affordably as possible. All items are made to order. This means that when you place your order, we print/make that item just for you, one at a time, for the best quality!
Order Modification & Cancellation
After your payment has been processed, your order will enter our waiting queue for 12 hours before production begins.
- During this 12-hour window: You can change order details (size, color, quantity, shipping address) or cancel the order completely. To do so, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
- After 12 hours: Your order will go into production, and we will be unable to make any further changes or cancellations.
Production Time
All items are printed and shipped from our facilities in the USA.
Processing Time: Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be printed, quality checked, and packed.
Note: Production time does not include shipping time.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer Standard Shipping worldwide via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and DHL.
Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 1-3 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available, that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this for you.
Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for orders that are lost or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address carefully before confirming your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Damaged or Lost Orders (Our Responsibility)
We stand by the quality of our products.
- Damaged/Defective: If your item arrives damaged or with a print defect, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement right away.
- Lost in Transit: If the package is lost in transit (and tracking stops updating for an extended period), we will ship a replacement at no cost to you.
Common Questions
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Please refer to our size chart before ordering. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections, as all items are made to order specifically for you.
Can I ship the order to multiple addresses?
We only offer single destination shipping per order. If you wish to ship to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each address.
Can I ship to a PO box or Military APO/FPO?
Yes, you can have your order shipped to PO boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
Note: Shipments to APOs can take up to 40-45 days to be delivered. Please note that once your parcel has entered the military postal network, we may not be able to update the shipping status due to security reasons.
Will I be charged VAT or Taxes?
We do not collect any tax for international shipping. All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. The charges may vary according to the destination country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
