At Embroidered Shirts, every item is custom-made specifically for you. Because of the bespoke nature of our products, we have strict policies in place regarding returns and cancellations. Please read the following carefully.
Order Modification & Cancellation
You have 12 hours after placing your order to cancel or modify details (size, color, address).
- Within 12 hours: Please contact us immediately at [email protected] to request changes or a full refund.
- After 12 hours: Your order is sent to production. Since the product is being made just for you, cancellations are no longer possible after this timeframe.
Returns & Replacements (Defective/Damaged Items)
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you do NOT need to return the original item. We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund.
We accept claims for the following issues:
- The item is damaged or torn.
- The print quality is poor (blurred, peeling).
- The wrong size, color, or design was delivered (compared to your order confirmation).
How to claim:
- You must submit a request within 14 days of delivery.
- Email us at [email protected] with your Order ID.
- Attach a clear photo of the item placed on a flat surface, showing the defect and the tag size.
Once we verify the issue (typically within 72 hours), we will process a replacement or refund immediately.
Non-Returnable Items (Customer Error)
Since our products are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Wrong Size Chosen: Please review our Size Chart carefully before ordering. We correctly ship the size you selected.
- Change of Mind: We do not accept returns if you simply decide you no longer want the item.
- Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.
Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
- The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
